The Revamp Store has been fortunate to also collaborate with ‘Gyan Prakash Charitable Trust’. It is a non-profit organisation based in the state of Gujarat, India, dedicated to providing quality education to disadvantaged and street children. Their purpose is to make these children self-reliant and confident individuals ready to face the world. Besides formal education, Gyan Prakash also undertakes extra curricular activities including art and craft, environmental studies and yoga, thus promoting a holistic development of these kids. Gyan Prakash started with just 2 kids in 2008 and is currently educating more than 70 students – children who were unable to recognise basic letters and alphabets then and are now able to fairly read, write and do basic maths. Isn’t that truly fantastic and a cause worth supporting!
