Our artefacts are exquisitely hand-painted using high quality, durable, non-toxic, heat and moisture resistant acrylic paints. Our pots and vases are then sealed with a heavy duty weather resistant sealant. These are absolutely low maintenance, for occasional cleaning you may want to wipe them with a dry or slightly damp cloth. They are suitable for outdoor use, however a word of caution here; constant and harsh exposure to sunlight may gradually lighten the paints.
Our hand-painted mugs and cups too are painted with acrylic paints and then cured at high temperatures. They are top-rack dishwasher safe, however we do suggest gentle hand washing to help retain the lustre of the paints. If hand-washing, do not soak items. Our hand-painted mugs and cups are not microwaveable. The nature of the heating technology used in microwaves may make the paint fade, crack or chip.
No, our pots do not have drainage holes. This allows you to place the nursery pot directly into our hand-painted pot. That way the excess water is retained in our hand-painted pot and can be absorbed by the plant as and when required. Besides a lot of our pots are can alternatively be used as décor vases. In case a certain pot does have a drainage hole, the product description will specify so. However, if you do specifically desire a pot with a drainage hole, please place a custom order using our ‘contact us’ form or via our social media platforms.

Absolutely! If you have a particular colour scheme or design in mind that you would like to get painted on an item, please send through a message using our ‘contact us’ form or message us on our social media platforms. You can also email your requirements to us on therevampstore.au@gmail.com
The item is dispatched from our studio in Melbourne, Victoria within 3 business days from receiving the order. For customised orders, please allow between 2-4 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. You will be notified via email once your order is completed and sent out for delivery.
If in the unlikely event that your item/s arrive damaged or broken please contact us within 24 hours via email to let us know. Please include photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the packaging it arrived in. This will help us to rectify the issue as soon as possible for you. We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement where necessary.

Due to the nature of our products, being entirely hand painted and one of a kind, we unfortunately are unable to accept returns. Please choose your item or artwork carefully, there are no refunds for change of mind or ordering errors that have been made. If you change your mind on a design after purchasing, please contact us immediately via email and we will do our best to make this change for you. Unfortunately this may not always be possible.
